I bought two separate spy cam items. Wanted to return one of them unopened. To my surprise NO RETURNS! Not even trade in’s for another item. Not what I expected.

Was a real great experience. The owner answered all of my questions, and the camera I bought was a great buy. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The owner of this store most definitely will not write a book on customer service, that's for sure. Being unhelpful would be much to kind of a word as well for that jerk. All gadgets are available cheaper, with newer technology and with reviews/ instructions online anyways. Oh and, be prepared to find the doors closed during regular store hours, even if you make the sorry decision to step in here.

Very good products and knowledgeable staff! I did my research on the web site first and found the staff member very helpful in the store. Would recommend to anyone!
