We held a large burlesque show after party in the private room this past weekend. It was a huge success because this place is absolutely amazing in every way! With the fantastic service, the delicious food, the tasty drinks, and the beautiful decor, this place is great!

I'd recommend this place for any-sized get-together; the bar area is large enough to for even big groups. The private room is just as large as the main bar area too. Lots of chairs and tables.

The staff were all very good, and super-awesome to talk to. They did seem like they may have been short-staffed (they were running around all night) but the service didn't suffer at all. The food was incredibly delicious too! The flatbread was so good (very flavourful), and the fried pickles were to die for!

Do yourself a favour and stop by for a meal or book your event here; it's one of the very best bars I've ever been to.

This place has a great cozy atmosphere with Lounge side and restaurant side plus a bar to share a pint. I loved the vibe. !!

The atmosphere and decor are great, it’s a perfect place for before or after saddledome events. The food was beyond amazing, even after a flames game when they were quite busy, you could tell the food was made with care and passion. Great beer selection and the service was on point. It was packed so we had to wait a few minutes to find a table to accommodate our group but once we were seated the waitress brought us our drinks quickly and our food came shortly after. I look forward to coming back for a lunch date when it’s less busy to really soak in the positive vibes and incredible food.

The Still is a great place and Hurricane Hollywood, DJ Entertainer, also known as The Party Wrangler looks forward to Kicking off Their Western Night on May 10th! See you there!!

User

Stopped in before a Flames Game. Great selection of local beer, food was great (try the brussel sprouts and the tuna poke). Will definitely be back

User

Simple, balanced and delicious menu featuring plenty of share style dishes, great location close to public transport, flames stadium, few steps from downtown.

Bar has wide selection of domestic and imported spirits, beers & wines, prices are very reasonable, heaps of daily specials including cocktails at $8.50 as well.

Post renovation, this place looks mint.

Chill music during weekdays, DJs at weekends.

Staff is very friendly and focused, they know what they are doing!

Highly recommended!

Had a private party on Saturday night and was above and beyond all expectations. Food was great, venue and drinks were awesome. One of the best venues in town if you and your guests want to be treated VIP style. Thanks everyone!

User

Great service! Allison was awesome,l and the drinks were epic 🥂👏🏻👏🏻

User

By far the best chicken wings in Calgary!!!! Whoot whoot. The service was great, spinach salad to die for. The only complaint was the cost of the Caesar. Nothing special about the Caesar so I don't think it is worth 10 bucks. I definitely will be going back though.

A few friends and I partook in a St. Patrick's day visit just after the crowd left for Flames game. We ordered some appies. The Capicola flatbread was really good but the hit was the roasted Brussel Sprouts. Prices reasonable, with terrific and attentive service from Lindsay. She was aces

User

Great ambiance..awesome staff (shout-out to Jessica!)..food prices a bit on the higher end but real yummy!

Side note: Maybe add some more food choices :)

User

Beautiful interior, great drink selection (very competitive cocktail prices) though extras/add-on prices are a little much. $7 for berry compote on a cheesecake... all in all, quality of food was good and would likely go back for drinks!

We arrived 2.5 hours before a concert assuming that would give us enough time. Long story short - we were late.

They didn't have the wine we ordered, no big deal we ordered beers. Took almost an hour before an appy came out, but we were fine just chatting. Appy was good, main was ok.

We paid for our food after being ensured the dessert was on the way. 30 mins later it hadn't arrived. In the middle of our wait the manager came over and apologized for the wait, and told us the food was "on the house." When we told him we had paid already he shrugged and walked away. The dessert eventually came out and the waitress told us she was on the verge of tears because the rest of her tables walked out. I felt bad for her but I don't blame them.

Meanwhile, we had politely waited the whole 2.5 hours and the manager shrugs off his offer to comp us?

Just overall a lacklustre experience. These folks need to get their act together, otherwise it's such a waste of a good location!

When one arranges a reservation for 50 people, and the reservation is made well over a month in advance, one would expect that the reservation would be honoured. One would also expect, in the event that the reservation was in fact ignored/forgotten, that the management of the restaurant in question would comp or discount the meals and drinks. This restaurant failed gloriously on both counts (and yet, they bent over backwards to cater for a burlesque show that was the reason we were booted out of the private room we were initially promised...).

About the only positive thing I can say about my experience here was that our one server (!) worked her tail off for us. She did her best, considering two other staff members never reported in for work. The rest of the restaurant managers and servers were lacking, both in numbers and service abilities.

User

We had a reservation for our charity group dinner for over 50 people. When we arrived they had 24 seats available in the main bar area (after we were promised the private room months ago. We were basically told take it or leave it. So we had to try to scramble to get whatever table we could since they became available.

Wait staff seemed overwhelmed, so getting service was more misses than hits. Beef dip was tiny for the price, maybe 4 inches of bread with a little bit of roast beef on it. I wonder if they were trying to stretch out what stock they had since they seemed unprepared. Fried pickles were tasty but a little pricey.

The restaurant is not prepared to handle a full house, and even if our group did not fill the one side they would have been full from the rest of Calgary Expo getting out.

Take you business elsewhere.

User

Our group of 50+ people was bumped out of the private room we booked months in advance. We were then offered to have a section of the place roped off to accomodate us which never happened. We were then left with not near enough tables, food and drinks that took over an hour to arrive, and no compensation for any of our poor treatment. Several of our members left because there was no room for them. And for those of us that chose to stay, many of the items on their menu were unavailable and several orders of food were unappetizing to the point of being inedible.

I am very disappointed with my entire experience here. Were it not for the fellowship of my group, I would have left as soon as I came. I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone ever.

User

No menu. No beer that is on menu. Feel bad for the staff that works here

User

I went there with a friend and the food was terrible. We ordered a beef dip and a chicken club. There was only a few pieces of chicken that was so dry. We tried to moisten with beef dip juice. It didn't help. The bread was dry. Beef deep was one step up. But nothing great. The waitress did take the chicken sandwich off. We paid for the beef dip one beer and a 9 ounce wine. Not a great wine but it basically was he price of half our bill. The wine at the saddle dome was cheaper. I would not go back and I would not recommend. The staff was good.

User

Booked an event with 65 members of our charity organization, only arrive to an 1+ hour wait to get a table. By that time other members of our party had already eaten and left, or left all together as they got tired of waiting. During my additional hour wait to sit with my fellow members, I didn't have a single waitress offer to accommodate drinks or even something to snack on. I did have the manager come over and offer drinks for the duration of my standing. Yes, I received one iced tea then proceeded to watch him grind it up with a bachelorette party.

Strongly suggest to others to take your group party elsewhere - this location is unfit, unprofessional, and unaccommodating.
