Lost locking key for my rims went to Audi to have them remove lug nuts they tried to charge me 350 bucks for one wheel with possible wheel damage so I told them I’d pass and go elsewhere Audi still charged me 120 bucks even tho they didn’t do any work to the car Apparently they charged because the car went on there hoist took the car to tire warehouse i explained our situation to Braden a service associate at tire warehouse he Was very accommodating and helpful they removed the lug nut without any rim damage and it only cost me 57 bucks That’s the kind of service that gets a repeat customer thank you Braden and tire wear house

Poor workmanship. Constant upselling. Tires, Rims, ok, everything else go somewhere else

Very helpful staff both in front and in the back shop. Very fast work and very accommodating to my schedule. They were also very understanding when something happened to my tire Beyond My Control.

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. They did not have my tires back from storage even though I had booked my appointment months ago. Another client waiting too had the same experience.
I've decided never to use their service again!

Checked out this shop yesterday, these guys are lying salesman, fiendishly pushing for the upsale from the first moment. The mechanics are for the most part early 20's. It's very easy to fake online reviews, it's even easy to become a local guide. I don't know how these thieves sleep at night.

Brought my vehicle in to get new summer and winter rubber installed on two sets of existing rims. I specifically instructed them that due to the different offsets of the sets of rims, that all of the hardware from the summers should come off and be set aside, and to only use the hardware provided in a separate box for the winters. The guy at the counter acknowledged that and said no problem.

Later that day, they called and told me that the bolts I'd provided for the winters were too long and didn't work, and they just used the summer hardware and it worked fine. I told them that made no sense, as the hardware had worked fine last winter, and the entire reason I had two separate sets was to avoid confusion. I was essentially told I didn't know what I was talking about. I told them to complete the work then, and I'd come pick it up.

Upon picking it up, I discovered that they'd used 10 of the wrong bolts on the fronts, however they all matched at least. However on the rears, they had managed to use three of one size, and two of another. Clear as day, you can easily see that the bolts are 5mm different from each other.

Disappointed that such a simple job was screwed up. Won't be returning.
