I took home the most precious little puppy. He is everything I could have asked for. I am very thankful for all all the information that I was given to find the most suiting dog. The people in Top Dog allowed to spend as much time as I wanted with the puppies, I did not feel rushed when making my decision. The dogs are very well cared for in “Top Dog”, well fed, loved and are given lots of play time. Wonderful place to find your furry friend!

We are truly happy with The Top Dog Store ! We brought home a beautiful, gorgeous, healthy puppy and I cannot tell you how much we love him. We named him Duke and he is the most wanted dog in the neighborhood ! My friends,my kids’ friends they all adore Duke❤️

Only great things to say! I now have two dogs from Top Dog, obviously you don't go back if not completely satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. The animals provided are well cared for, healthy, and happy.

We had a great experience at Top Dog and brought home our adorable puppy. The staff (Marley) was very helpful for us as first time dog owners and helped us choose the best breed for us for our family and my allergies! The staff have continued to follow up with us to check in and see how we and our puppy is doing. All in all a great experience. I would recommend Top Dog!

We had the pleasure of finding our Fur baby "Winnie" at the Top Dog Store and we couldn't be more pleased with our addition. The staff were very helpful in our decision and answering our questions. The staff member Cherise was so kind and took the time to ensure that we had what we needed to safely bring "Winnie" home with us. We could tell that Winnie was well taken care of at Top Dog as she was healthy and even bathed that morning. They also let us spend as much time as we needed to ensure that Winnie was a perfect addition for us. Within a couple of weeks, Cherise even called to check in on us to see how things were going. Winnie is the perfect addition to our family and is settling in nicely. Thank you!

Poor customer service; when I came in, I was the first customer in the store and was greeted, but when I asked to play with any one of the puppies (note that there were signs indicating which puppies you could and could not handle), the lady said no. I asked AFTER I overheard the employee greeting an older couple that walked in and asked if they wanted to play with a puppy (they just happened to be browsing). Nice place, but found it extremely rude how employees treat customers unfairly. Everyone is a potential buyer; please COMMUNICATE with customers (regardless of AGE, who they are with, etc.) ESPECIALLY when the store is not busy. The employees were all just standing at the front counter and did not come to service what so ever . At least to my service. Would have adopted from here if your service wasn't so bad. Please improve on your work ethics.

Excellent customer service! They guided us on how to take care of our puppy properly and gave a lot of good information. Overall, it was a good experience and I am happy with the outcome.

We picked our puppy a week ago and have loved her ever since. Though one may pay a bit more at Top Dog, we truly believe that it is worth it as it she was very well socialized and thus loves people and is comfortable around any other dogs.

Thank you Top Dog Store in helping me fight my fear of animals. I'm one of those who could watch pups play all day long, but could never go near one. Jenna is AWESOME! She was so patient and would sit with a puppy for longer than 45 minutes just to get me to TOUCH IT! The staff is very warm and welcoming and the pups are the happiest and cutest! :)
