I love this place - not stuffy arrangements. Always fresh and they have the best greeter (gorgeous dog :)) Prices are fair and flowers are quality.

Ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday - the ordering process went smoothly and everyone I spoke with was friendly and easy to deal with. The arrangement arrived on time but it looked a little bare with several empty gaps, and the flowers were not the freshest either. I suppose I was expecting to be 'wow-ed', but the arrangement was average at best.

I called in around 11:20 hoping I could get a rush delivery, told them I was hoping it would be possible to get it delivered to the place before noon. I realized this was almost unrealistic but I thought I could give it a shot. The girl on the phone (clerk on my receipt says "BF") ensured that they would help me as best they could. She called the driver and asked if they could do it. Called me back, took my order by 11:30 and said they can for sure deliver it by 12:30 (which was understandable given the circumstance) but by 11:50, it was already at the place! I really appreciate the service of both the clerk and the driver in getting it in as soon as they can, even with the unreasonable request. Thank you, thank you very much! My girlfriend LOVES the circus roses, as well!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom for her 78th birthday. I called the same day, and they absolutely went above and beyond. It was delivered by 1pm (I only called at 10am!).
I had a couple of requests. She loves pink, and fresh flowers that last.
My Mom has NEVER been more thrilled than she is with this arrangement.
The base is gorgeous, and the flowers are the freshest ones we have ever had. Some of them we can't even identify!
