Deborah and her team did a great job on my brochures and post cards. They helped me with the design, some very innovative ideas that made the promotional material stand out. The printing was completed on time and at the price quoted. They also helped with mailing the post cards. I will definitely give them my next order.

I was in this Southeast Calgary, AB UPS store yesterday and they charged me $6.85 to print 6 black and white 8.5 x 11 one-sided pieces of paper. This is compared to another UPS store location in Southwest Calgary which charged less than $2 for the same service. I am extremely disappointed with this inconsistency and gouging.

The difference? When I went in to the SW Calgary location, they were able to take my USB (jump) drive and print the .pdf document from the cashier's computer at the front desk. They just charged me the cost of printing.

At the SE Calgary location, they made me use the "rental" computer, which has a $5 minimum charge associated with it. The staff member told me I HAD to use that computer to print the pages off.

The owner Deborah really cares about her customers' experience. She aims to go above and beyond everytime. Used this location multiple times for different printing projects, never disappointed.

Working with UPS has been such a pleasurable experience. Deborah and her team are very knowledgeable and I appreciate how much Deborah cares for my business and for myself as a person. I always go to this UPS store as I know she will give me an amazing price with so much added value. I recommend all my friends and associates to her as I know she will always take care of them. It is always done right the first time and will call me if they feel something didn’t look quite right and send me a proof right away. They catch my errors and rework some things when required. I normally don't write reviews (although I should more often) but I had to put in a good word for Deborah and her coworker, whom I wasn't able to get a name, which were working at this UPS store location. The customer service was simply excellent you can tell these individuals working here are quality people who enjoy their jobs and interacting with customers. They offered helpful advice and were fast and responsive even when it became quite busy inside. Great ups location.

Customer service that truly cares! Deborah went above and beyond to help resolve an issue that was being dispatched out of main office. Her genuine personality and persistence made me smile. I felt the personal touch that business today sometimes lacks. I would recommend this location to family and friends.
