Good owners but little slow because they are older. But always friendly. Probably could use more staff because it is always busy there.

Great service and owners work really hard to handle the amount of people that come here for service. They could use more staff sometimes but these days who can afford such? Very thankful that there is UPS near my home.

Complete waste of your time!

The worst place to do anything related to shipping. Ive been here 5 times every time i walked in the guy is either eating and trying to talk or having a 15 min plus conversation which seemed to not be a customer. He cant do anything apparently and always has an excuse why he cant do it. But i go to the one on aero drive and there is no issue in completing what i need done. complete waste of time going here i wouldnt even consider buying a paper clip from this location, after today!!!! really need the option of giving 0 stars.

poor engish skill, and aggressive attitude, delivery driver is not professional, i am not surprised

Rude and dismissive Mrs Park. UPS made an error and she blamed the company that sent me the package. She then turned her back to me and waived me off!!!

We have dealt with this UPS store for the last 10 years and very happy with the service and the staff would recommend!
