This company was built on delayed deliveries.

For your info, the ups front person will tell you to buy tapes, when you need 3 inches to use theirs. I think it is their policy, customer cant use ups store tape. I am going canada post and fedex for now on.

Theres some bad reviews here truthfully ive been dealing with ups canada post and canpar for the last 10 years i have never ever had a problem with ups i rate them the best in my expieiernce for ground delivery canada post not far behind them at all. Canpar..... your better off getting directions to a movie theatre from a blind man

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I dropped off my package to get shipped and they had no electricity and couldn't scan it. I called in the next day to get the tracking number and the woman working gave me every excuse in the book to not give it to me and she was annoyed to even answer the phone and offered no help what so ever. Just plain lazy and uninterested in assisting a paying customer...be sure I will be logging a complaint with head office.

My my experience was good initially. Until I found out that the lady there did not do her job and I was left without a proper tracking number. Very disappointing

I went there in early DEC to confirm when should i come and drop off a package for delivery on a specific sate.. i was suggested that i should come on 31st to do that .. the lady was not very happy to answer my questions .. any how..

I went there as advised but Was told that their driver will not come for pick up on 31st DEC, 2015 so had to rush to their depot on 22nd aero drive and they have still not shipped my package which was supposed to be delivered today.. Read my feedback for that location..

I recently used the services of Yinka Oladele who is the owner at store 45 UPS store at London Town Square on 32 ave NE. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of Print services and competitive rates that were provided by her store! . As a Realtor I am in need of flyers and Feature sheets for the most part. I emailed her my request and she brought my printing job to our BNI meeting that Thursday! I am really excited to use the delivery service of UPS in the future for delivering feature sheets straight to my clients door. Yinka's business has helped me be more efficient with my time and I love the feeling of knowing I am in good hands! Sheryl Thompson
