The Ups Store

Worst experience ever. Paid express but never got there till 2 days later than scheduled day. Called numerous times. No returned phone call. Finally got a hold of them and they said they would issue refund. It's been 2 mths. Nothing. No refund, no apology. Wonder how they stay in business. Don't use them!!

I have been trying to settle a damage claim through this UPS store for FIVE MONTHS. I sent a package to Delaware in January which arrived completely smashed. Since then, I have had at least a dozen emails go unanswered, no one will pick up the phone, I've even gone multiple times in person where no one is able to give me any kind of information. I have never sent a package through UPS, but it was too heavy for Canada Post to accept. What I didn't know is when sending this package through a UPS store, they become the shipper and the larger company has no accountability to me, the customer. In other words, I don't matter. All communication goes through this store and despite multiple phone calls to the national UPS, they legally can't tell me anything.
Please learn from my misfortune and take your packages to Canada Post.

The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. When delivering courier packages they always anticipate customers needs and guide the custoner according to the best price and most appropriate service.
Their printing services are very competitive too.

They are nice enough but my stuff never gets to where its going in a timely manner. Two years in a row had problems sending an overnight trade show booth materials

Sept 2015 - The waybill ended up on a different box and my coworkers received a wheelchair instead of a pull up banners - banners were never found

Oct 2015 - They lost our trade show booth entirely - never found

Oct 2016 - Figured I just had really but luck and tried one last time and they FORGOT to call dispatch to have the boxes picked up. The booth was needed next morning in Montreal at 8:00am was not picked up - trade shows were back to back so there was no wiggle room - they let us down 3x in a row

* Don't even get me started on the fact that the truck doesn't automatically come by a UPS Branded Store!

Further drive but I am moving to the Shawnessy location as they have great reviews and we have to use UPS per our company policy
