Excellent customer service. Will and his team are attentive, helpful and professional. Will gladly does "extras" such as contacting me for pick-up of particularly time-sensitive packages. He also provides suggestions for saving time or costs where it is possible.

Exceptional customer service. I’ve been a customer of the Kensington UPS Store #260 for almost three years and had never been dissatisfied, but since Will and his team have taken over management of the store in July 2016, I’m always delighted.

I often receive packages for my business that are time sensitive and appreciate that they email me as soon as a package arrives rather than having to make a call myself or visit the store to check if a package has arrived.

Since Will has taken over management, the store is noticeably clean, tidy, organized and they are always looking for new ways to add special touches. I often send my eight-year-old daughter in to pick up the mail and they have chocolates on the counter to treat her. She feels special visiting the store.

The best part is that they have become a part of the community and know me and my daughter and welcome us when we come into the store. If we have a package waiting, they’re often collecting it from the back as I’m heading to my mailbox to check for new mail.

I can’t recommend this store enough for their exceptional service, community feel, professionalism and creative spirit.

Friendly and professional, with a personal touch. Just to share, we have been customers at the Kensington UPS Store #260 since March 2001 (back them it was Mail Boxes Etc.!); the service has been consistently good. The current ownership since July 2016 has certainly delivered and also exceeded our expectations since their arrival.

For instance, we have been able to take delivery of at least a half dozen packages (kept behind the counter) after hours (they often work late & we arrive late after our work hours). That's appreciated because it has saved us a trip & travel time from across town on more than just a few occasions!

Having had several courier deliveries to our mailbox over the past months, consistently we have promptly received a courteous e-mail to let us know just as soon as the package arrives (... we can tell since the courier issues an alert request nearly the same time). That’s also appreciated; no short change in service delivery here either.

Something that we can all appreciate, especially first-time customers, is that this location is not only kept clean, tidy and organized (even fresh flowers on occasion!); they’ve displayed informative & helpful signs that guide you to their products and services. Everything is clearly on display (... including vacant mailboxes .... for new customers, they can make their own selection which is cool).

It seems that they are quite enterprising, willing to explore new ideas to serve the customer: a new feature that appeared recently to the side of the customer island ( ... handy work space if you need to organize papers) is a bulletin board with business and contact cards ... helpful for networking.

Any questions we've needed to ask have been promptly and pleasantly answered. They’re setup with computers and laser document centres, so I can imagine they can handle most anything digital, however, we haven’t needed to take them up on that just yet.

Perhaps what we have appreciated the most with the new owners is that we are greeted & acknowledged virtually every time we come into the store. Wonderful to have ties to a friendly business ... ‘where everyone knows your name’. They've even asked us for our opinion or if we may have any helpful suggestions that we’d like to share, on occasion, to which we've happily obliged. How many store owners engage their customers, and how often, like that in this day & age?

We hope the community is welcoming to the new owners as they are certainly friendly. They seem very nice, professional & on-point with their service delivery. That personal touch sure beats a big-box retailer like Staples for instance. We just hope they are here for a long time to come and that their business continues to grow and thrive in Kensington!

Been trying to get a hold of these guys for weeks. Answering machine working? Sounds like there is a beep but then all you hear is background noise in their office for a minute or so...

I waited for 5 minutes as the only person in the store and no one even acknowledged my presence so I left.
