I have been a client of this UPS Store for a couple of years now--and they are always there for me! Friendly, helpful and accommodating . I would definitely recommend their services.

Absolute HORRENDOUS customer service, worst I have EVER experienced. I have NEVER been treated so horribly. They lost my one of a kind (costly) package and didn't even call to let me know then it was irretrievable. Avoid an employee by the name of Grace like a plague if this is your last resort for package shipment. Do NOT bring your business here.

Just took 45 minutes for a lady in front of me to ship a laptop in canada. I havent even begun my turn. Brutal. Hopefully canada post can come to terms with its employees.

Arrived to pick up a large item, and the gentleman helping me offered to carry to my car. When I was unable to fit the box into the vehicle, he went to grab a box cutter so I could open the box and place the contents in. I would say the service was excellent.

The best shipment service I have had in a while. The staff are very nice and competent. I came here to ship some golf clubs and the packaging was excellent. I highly recommend this store for packaging services
