The Ups Store

Terrible service. Went to ship a motorcycle seat I was told "we can ship it but don't have any boxes" aren't they are shipping company!! Surely a box is the least thing they have to worry about.

Please don't believe these other reviews. This UPS store is run by competent, friendly staff. They have been nothing but helpful, informative, and conscientious.

I have been a mailbox renter and frequent customer of theirs for over two years now.

I highly recommend this store.

poor customer service, workers don't arrive when the store opens... not helpful and uncaring which doesn't work in the customer service industry...

The old asian woman that works there barely understand what you are saying and she gives attitude when you try to ask for help. All we wanted was to send a package and buy a box but she kept ignoring us and being extremely rude. Go to a different UPS or send a package through Canada Post.

Literally the worst place to go to.
Unfriendly staff, rude comebacks... Like the customers are probably excited and waiting for their parcels but these staff seems to ruin it.
You go to the store, and all of them are either at the back chatting or at front chatting and you seemed to wait until they're finished.
Just overall piss poor service.
