First thing when i came here the little chinese guy " how barely understand and speak english" told me that i should come the next day, i had a hockey pouch and two hockey sticks to ship, i had to put it on the balance myself cause he couldnt, when that was done told me he cannot ship the hockey sticks cause they werent in their box, how is buying a hockey stick in a box??? So after three time trying to explain that i wont ship them i ask asked him what was the fee and how many time it would take, told me there is two options the first one 300$ and the second one who took more time was 99$ i ask him if there was something between those two he told me no and after told him that i saw on their website there were more options suddently he found one!! At 200$ who was fine for me, i asked him to print it so i can send it to the people i need to ship, he told me that he cannot print it and i need to pay first!! Lol then he showed me his computer screen and i saw the print button on the screen, when i showed him where it was he told me he couldnt again, then i told him he was stupid and believe it or not that little guy wanted to start a fight with me!!! What a great customer experience!!! For sure i will not recommended it to anyone, avoid this place if you can

Good and fast service with friendly staff

Worest ups even my friend has visit. Owner is so mean. Keeping ask them to pay his store policy price which is not published at all. Personal language attack. Try to aviod use this one for your life matter.
