Really liked the location, store's offering and their service. Kety and Candice at the front desk are quite professional and very caring. I will definitely be back here for future shipping and printing need.

The staff is very professional and courteous in their dealings with customers. The service is excellent. I recommend this UPS store to everyone. Staff members are very knowledgeable.

I go to mail things at this location about once every month. Their customer service is fine. My main complaint is that this store does NOT open on Saturdays, despite what their schedule on Google and their store hours in-store shows. I have went to their store within their business hours on a Saturday and it was closed.

Not helpful staff. The delivery notice said the package was here. It was not. And they couldn't find what happened.
