We love the wooden shoe! Great staff, food, brunch buffet and of course ice cream!!
They catered my wedding Canada Day long weekend in 2008. It was outstanding!! The food was excellent, and we had expected ~250 people and almost 300 showed up, and STILL everyone got fed! The Wooden Shoe did an excellent job! And we still pop in there at least once a summer for a meal and visit.
So many Dutch treats! Love the shopping and the restaurant!
Our lunch was fantastic! We wanted pie, but were to full. We will be back...maybe tomorrow!
One of my favorite places. Great food. Yummy Icecream. Big Dutch grocery selection. And wonderful staff! Highly recommend stopping by if your around or going to the lake for the day!!

Love the clubhouse - has actual meat not processed and tastes great. Worth the drive!
Lots of Dutch licorice and cookies and don't forget the French fries and Frikandellen for lunch. Delicious
I went and enjoyed the Sunday breakfast buffet. The food was great and so was the service. I would certainly recommend a visit.

I am from Loon Lake Saskatchewan and I will stop at your place every time I am in Lacombe at least once a year or more ( LOVE IT)
I absolutely love this place! Amazing food, icecream flavours gal or and the one place to get my love for Dutch candy! Super accommodating as sometimes I have a horse and a dog with me headed to the lake! One of my favourite places!
Amazing amazing food, and staff to match! Treat yourself when you are in the area you will not be disappointed!
