Nice work escaping from The Castle, ladies!

Hello everyone, our new room finally is here. Welcome to visit us on our website or call us to book this new room.

the room are pretty nice and big. i have tried others before but the room were too small, and not a lot of moving area. but this one is very nice. the prop are pretty cool, and the puzzles are nice and some of them are fairly easy just to keep you going and some of them are hard, you need to work your brain on them. the best!

Went here last night with my boyfriend and our friends and had an absolute blast! We started with the castle room and ended up done in 15 minutes. The two people working were surprised how fast we finished and since we had paid for the full hour they let us do the pirate ship room at no extra charge. Super awesome customer service and holy that pirate ship room was so difficult! Definitely will be coming back to try out the other rooms!

The puzzles are so unique and extremely well done! We have now done all of the rooms, and I have to say X-Realm is one of the best escape rooms in Edmonton! Can't wait for more rooms to open!!

So much fun! We have done two rooms here and will definitely be back for more! The staff was excellent, they were very helpful throughout and very friendly. This is the best place to go if you want to try the "breakout" concept!

Really good! I'd go again - we finished the room in half the allotted time so I suppose it could've been a bit harder...or maybe we just happened to have the dream team with us! The room was well done - some really cool new tricks and gadgets I haven't seen before!

My cousins, siblings and I have done many escape rooms before. I loved this place!



We did two different rooms here. Both were super fun. The puzzles were challenging and the mechanisms were spectacular. X-realm offered a different experience with innovative and unique puzzles.



I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Edmonton or even visiting from Calgary like we were!

X-Realm is a really solid offering in the Edmonton Escape scene. Although I have only been to one room, The Lost Empire, I was really impressed with the use of technology, variety of clues, and simply the size of the space. The service was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the rooms!

The castle room was super cool! We needed lots of clues, but we’re excited to try the other rooms!

I won't say that this place is bad - because it isn't bad. It's just not great. The lobby was very sparse, which was made up for by the interesting artwork on the floor. What threw me off was that despite the fact that they have big windows it was very dark in there. It would have been nice had they actually taken a chance to break from the escape room norm and let in a little light. I played the four rooms that they had (have? they say they have 6 but their website and bookings say 4) and I wasn't overly impressed.



Lasers didn't work in not one, but two of their rooms. The third room that we did there is a sensor (I won't tell you what it's for) that didn't work and the last room that we did, everything worked great which was a nice change. Unfortunately the guy spent 10 minutes lecturing us about being careful with the statues. I wish I was kidding, but he spent a solid 10 minutes on the statues.



Overall it was not bad - it just wasn't great.
