The Yoga Studio

I strongly recommend this studio. The excellent instructors, welcoming and encouraging atmosphere have been instrumental in helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I have been enjoying going to this studio for 2 years. Great staff, excellent instructors and lots of things that help you can enjoy yoga. I highly recommend to everyone wants to start yoga to be relaxed and enjoy.

I have been going to the yoga studio for almost 2 years now. The studio is very clean and all the front staff and instructors are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to any beginners to try out the discover classes. They are an awesome way to be introduced to yoga!

Having never tried Yoga before, I called up and talked to Chrissy the receptionist/instructor. She made me feel very welcomed and the clients were all very nice and caring. The owner Christina is very knowledgable and I would recommend this studio to anyone who is getting into yoga for the life / spiritual balance.

Yogi's and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A variety of skill and experience levels in class make this a good environment for all. Good class sizes, and times. Would only recommend that they get a water filter or bottled water as the building's water is gross.

I love the calm and welcoming setting to practice. I have seen vast improvement in my practice and it is all due to Pam, Laurie and April.
They are very sweet and down to earth. They always take the time whenever I need help with a pose. From my first class, I was made to feel very comfortable and now here I am almost four years later.
The classes are amazing.

The Yoga Studio Crowchild is a warm and welcoming place to practice. The diversity of classes is refreshing. All of my teachers have been wonderful. I strongly recommend this studio to all ages and experience levels. Fantastic!
