Thrifty Car Rental

This store doesn't exist. Spent 2 hours looking for the store ended up going to the airport. HIDDEN FEES! expect to pay significantly more!

Awful. I’ve booked two times now and both times the car wasn’t ready. The first time the car didn’t even exist and They made me wait an hour before cleaning a different vehicle than the one I booked. Now, I am waiting yet again for them to clean the car, even though I booked a week in advance, confirmed over the phone and came 20 minutes after my reservation had started. Only come if you are desperate.

From their rating they clearly don't care what you rate anyway, but this hole is worse than 1 star. Accept booking, go through process for 20 minutes then they have no vehicles..."nothing we can do"...

If I could give a ZERO star rating I definitely would. Had to wait over an hour for our car rental, have yet to receive a detailed email with all of the ridiculous unexpected charges. WILL NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN, AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!

I had my worst experience. They have very bad customer service and attitude. Especially the manager was very rude. The manager had the audacity to tell us that we wasted his time. While it was other way around. Highly disappointed.

Good place to rent a car

They continuously ding your credit card then when you return the car, absolutely ridiculous. Every location seems to have a horrid attitude.

Excellent Service by the boys the three amigos are great!!! keep up the good work
