Thuro is absolutely the best choice in Calgary for sewer and water repair and the only company I will ever use for this type of work as long as I am in my home. In 2013 we had a major sewer backup and our basement was a disaster...a neighbour suggested we contact Thuro , who came out promptly and assessed the situation, came up with an effective, manageable solution and scheduled the work in short order. The staff were friendly, professional, punctual and 100% thorough every step of the way...and the owner of the company actually drove to my house to personally deliver me a DVD of the sewer line video they had taken. That is customer service people.

Most recently, we had a basement renovation done and had to sort out a non flushing toilet and a backup into my mechanical room. I called Thuro and they were at my door within the hour..once again they sorted out and remedied the problem quickly, professionally and comprehensively and explained everything they were doing so I understood exactly what the issue was. The customer service Thuro provides goes so far beyond the norm that I can't say enough about it and the quality of work is second to none.
