Thyme Maternity (Permanently Closed)

Ok, first experience 5. Next experience 3. This weekends experience zero!!! The two girls just hung out behind the counter chatting. I really needed a dress for a work function and tried on 5-6 dresses. They never once checked on me. I had to come out to ask for a size, I also asked if they didn't have it if they could find me one. When I finished I came out and without looking at me said we don't have one. I said I know or I would have tried it on, but what about other stores? They said "oh, you want us to look at other stores?" Never going back! Super disappointed for the amazing girl I had first time. Her coworkers are ruining it for her.

Excellent Experience. First pregnancy and first time buying maternity clothes. The sales lady who helped me was amazingly helpful, extremely pleasant and knowledgable about their products. They sent me away with 2 gift bags - one is a regular promotion that had a magazine, some samples, a baby soother and a baby toy - and it was also their 'Baby Shower' event so I got a second gift bag with numerous samples, a sippy cup and other samples. In addition they had a table set up with free cookies, cupcakes and bottled water. They looked after my husband while I tried everything on...I will definitely be back!

I've given Thyme a few chances, different locations as well and I don't know if these women are trained to attack you and be rude upon arrival but I won't be giving this company another dime. Today was a walk in, walk out scenario and I will never return.

I was here to return an item and had a terrible experience with the staff. I'm pretty sure it was the supervisor or manager who I found rude as the lady who was helping me was asking her questions. I did not appreciate her talking to me the way she did. The staff were wonderful when I was originally into shop, but after my experience with the return I'm serious when I say I'm never coming back. I suggest going to the Shawnessy location. Staff there are helpful and friendly.
