Ti Dental

Crystal was fantastic in organizing my health records and plans as I’m a student transitioning my life into a new province. Answered all my questions and was super helpful, patient, and kind! Dentist was also very straightforward and effective. Happy to have chosen Ti Dental for my new dentist.

My family had been coming to this practice since as far back as I can remember. I always liked Dr. Shum and had no complaints for many years. Unfortunately they have hired young girls who are completely inept when it comes to doing their job. I probably called over 10 times asking to speak to Dr. Shum when issues arose and they refused to pass along my message. All I can say now is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have moved on and have no regrets. There are a lot choices in Calgary. Do your research, find a place that has good reviews and makes you happy.

Generic, impersonal care. My insurance company covers cleaning every nine months, but that's too complicated for them to schedule. They run out of routine supplies. On one occasion, they couldn't connect to my insurance company on the day of care, asked me to cover the $400 cost up front, then took most of a year to repay me because they only do reimbursements twice a year (if you want a loan, at least have the decency to ask). After three years of being a patient, they still can't even pronounce my name: if I'm going to be a new patient every time, why not be a new patient somewhere else?

Would highly recommend Dr.Trac to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dentist. I saw him for implant placement. Both him and his staff were extremely friendly and comforting during my implant surgery. Dr.Trac and his staff truly care about the patients well being. I felt at ease throughout the procedure and had no pain at all during the procedure as well as afterwards. Being a nervous patient in the chair, he made me feel comfortable and would recommend this office to anyone.
