Service was awesome! He was quick (only 20 minutes). He seemed very experienced, and he even showed me how to open up my watch in case I need to change the battery.

Rude on the phone, insulting in person. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I go to this place all the time for either replacing my watches accessories or repair. He has excellent knowledge about this business and he's true expert. His price on any thing he does is fair and I wish he did another location as well.

I went on 3 separate occasions to have batteries replaced in my watches and had great service every time. Price was between $15 and $20 each time, which is a fair price. I have no complaint whatsoever.
