Sherrie Robinson is an amazing lady who really knows her products. She was very helpful to me and my client in selecting tile & the right colour of grout for her Kitchen and Bath area. Sherri is very professional, friendly & personable. My client (as I am) also very impressed with the wide array of tile options featured in the store at Tile and Stone Source. My husband and I made many visits to the Calgary Tile & Stone Source store during our recent renovations (bathrooms and flooring) to our home. The staff there are fabulous as are the tile selections. Sherri Robinson was our lifesaver throughout our renos. Sherri knows her product inside out, provided great recommendations, and was responsive and supportive throughout our purchases, returns and more purchases. We highly recommend to friends that they go to Tile & Stone Source, and we will continue to do so as well.

We have been dealing with Randy our representative for the last year and a half. We are very pleased with his work and dedication to our store. My husband and I had such a great experience at Stone and Tile source. Designer Sarah Brown selected tile for our new bathroom and laundry room and also the stone for our new basement fireplace. She did such an amazing job choosing material that not only worked with our style but also our savvy budget. To top it all off we had issues with our original installer and Sarah was able to find us a very talented craftsman to do the install without losing any time. Planning a kitchen and upstairs bath reno and will be going directly to Sarah at Stone and Tile source. Highly recommend!! Hoping they consider adding counter tops to their lines so i won't have to shop anywhere else!!

UPDATE: Following this review I spoke with Chad, who was very helpful is lining up the remaining tiles and allowing us to complete the project. Due to the successful resolution, I'm happy to up the rating from 2 -> 4 stars.

Very difficult store to work with. I bought 30 sq ft of a mosaic pattern backsplash which I was ensured was in stock and could pick up that day. After 45 minutes of searching they were only able to locate 27 sq ft. I was promised they'd order the remaining in from Edmonton and I'd have it within 3 working days. After missing that deadline, I've been calling nearly daily and am continually ensured it will be on the next palette from Edmonton, only today to hear that it was never ordered at all from their Edmonton location and they're expecting a new order from the distributor sometime this week.

The product itself is OK, and while you expect colour variation with a natural stone, one of the boxes of tiles (while labelled the same) had dramatically different stone colours and the pattern was mirror image from the other 22 sq ft, This adds considerable nuisance to fit the pattern together - consistency was just not there! Advice on things like amount of grout required was also off by a factor of two.

While the showroom is impressive, and the business model on paper looks good, the customer experience just didn't come together for us.

Tile and Stone Source are outstanding and among the best in customer service. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. I placed an order with Tile and Stone Source for 2600 sq.ft. of natural travertine and it arrived from Calgary AB to a residential address in Victoria BC in 3 day! The shipment was packaged perfectly and not a single tile arrived broken. Tile and Stone Source arranged for Day and Ross Transport to deliver my order (which was also a very positive experience). Great travertine quality at the best rate found across Alberta and British Columbia. I will gladly shop with Tile and Stone Source again. Sarah was able to meet my requests for delivery of tile on a short notice basis and offer competitive pricing to work within my client's budget. The level of customer service offered at Tile and Stone Source I find to be exceptional in this Calgary market where we have a lot of choice.
