Tiles4Less Ltd.

I've been a recurring customer at Tiles 4 Less for the past two years. From my research their prices have been comparable to Home Depot and Lowes but I chose to buy with them because I felt that I would receive honest and knowledgeable advice about the products. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case. The reason I decided to give a 2 star review is that I recently purchased subway tiles to cover a small 4x5 ft wall. When I went to check out with a 5lb bag of grout the owner told me that I needed to buy the 10lb bag in order to cover the whole wall. He said "I guarantee you that you won't have more than a thumbs worth left at the end". Well, for the entire wall I only used approximately 1 cup of grout, which was more than enough. I don't appreciate being up-sold on something that I don't need and for this reason I will shop for tiles elsewhere.

Fantastic all-around experience with Tiles4less. They had exactly the type of tile we were looking for, but most importantly - were knowledgeable and helpful in making sure we felt confident and prepared to do the work.

We got tips, an expert opinion about the best colour of grout to use for our design, and all the tools we needed. The price was excellent, and we were in-and-out in probably 30 minutes. Our kitchen turned out just how we imagined. Happy to recommend Tiles4less to anyone.

The most knowledgable and helpful tile store in the city. I purchased tile here to do a bathroom feature wall and the owner helped me to choose the perfect grout. The prices here are exceptional and the product similar to those I am finding at the fancier showrooms around town. Second to none. Highly recommend.

Our first visit the staff were very friendly although our second visit when we returned to purchase it was a whole other story. The selection was ok and the prices were decent but they seemed to have a problem with us checking the mosaic tiles we bought for damage. Although they said they stood behind their product they said that it was unfair to their customers for us to check them. Umm... are we not a customer? and what were they planning on doing with those defective tiles anyway? Passing them off to someone else? Considering the tiles are final sale, I think we should have the right to know what we are getting.

We had a great experience picking our tiles out here. Not a huge selection but they had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. We never felt like they were pushy or trying to oversell us anything. Would definitely go back!
