Tim Hortons

Stopped here with big truck at 830pm and walked to door to go inside and there was note on door stating they are closed inside and only drive thru open tonight because they are short staff members. Instead they should be open inside so everyone can go there to get coffee and food.

Had the ham and cheddar sandwich which is a standard go to while on the road. Service wss good the coffee is ok but I like the dark roast best. I wish they had cream stations you can serve yourself.

We stopped to change my son who is 4 months old and we just came from the children's hospital in Calgary. My husband was standing in the hall waiting for the bathroom, a man shoved my husband with our son in his arms against the wall because he felt intitled my sons arm/hand got squished again the wall and was obviously in alot of pain. That's the last thing he needed. No one in the building including the staff even batted an eye.

While fast food is not my forte, I do go to a Tim Horton whenever I visit Canada. Usually I get a small mocha. Strangely, for a fast food chain, the taste of the mocha varies quite a bit from location to location.
The service and mocha at this Claresholm Tim Hortons was perfect; the manager himself served me. It was an enjoyable experience and I ended up with more items on my tray than usual.

While we didn't spend a bunch of time at this particular Tim Hortons, we enjoyed them all. While in Canada this summer we went to 3 or 4 Tim Hortons and the coffee and doughnuts were fantastic every time!

Always friendly service....sometimes very busy so service can be slow

Fast service , food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly . It's get very busy here between 10:30 and 11:45 , it is only place to stop and have snacks an hour hour and a half from Calgary , truckers love this crowded canadian coffee & sandwich place !

Came to window, asked to wait a moment. Other side ordered. Seems fair, they completed their order. I waited and waited. Another vehicle pulls into the secondary order side. It's been 5 min now. I say hello?!? Voice says "wait"
I hear the truck start to order, I back out and leave.

They are always friendly with you . Sometimes because of short-staf there can be a delay but there friendly hospitality makes u forget that.i always like to stop there on my way to the USA border.
