They overcooked the hashbrown in my farmers wrap so badly it closely resembled a piece of plywood. There is no way that the person who assembled my wrap missed how poorly cooked the hashbrown was, they just didn't care enough to cook another one properly. Considering we were the only ones in line, that is both lazy and ignoranct.

Terribly slow service with incompetent staff! I waited over 20 mins for my single order while my family ordered at Wendy's, had eaten and finished! Then after finally receiving my order...It was the wrong sandwich. Staff argued with me about it and when I got my new order another 20 mins later...It still was wrong!!! Theyre excuse was "short staffed". Advice: let customers know before ordering that you're short staffed and they should expect a 30 minute wait...They can then decide if they still want to proceed or go somewhere else! Should have just eaten at Wendy's!

Went there for breakfast Sunday morning. My bacon and egg sandwich was cold and my h-brown was mushy and barely cook inside. My friend had an everything bagel. She asked to get it burnt and got it raw. She brought it back to show them. They made another one and was raw also and they gave it to the wrong costumer !!! Very bad all the way !!!

So I ordered pretty simple. 2 bagels, an extra large DD, and an iced coffee (1/2 sweetener). They even took my fiance's name to make sure we get our order. The drinks came first, as expected, and when they called my fiance's name, we grabbed our food and left. There was a deli sandwich and a chicken wrap. I figured with taking our name we would get the right order. I was wrong I guess. And to top it off, we were already on the highway when we noticed, so no turning back to get what we paid for. To be fair, the items we got were more expensive than what we ordered!

Chipotle chicken wrap: Meh. They gave me grilled instead of crispy. Not much filling, soggy lettuce, prefab chicken.

Well..not sure wether it is new strategy throughout the whole franchise BUT the size of sandwich I ordered was twice smaller then in my previous orders in different locations, several months ago..as well as quantity of fillings was also reduced remarkably..so with the price and quality Tim Hortons-Canmore provide it is not competitive to Subway

Slowest Tim's I've ever been to. Brutally slow staff. Go to McDonald's if you want a fast coffee.

I've been here several times. This location frequently runs out of things (possibly just the things I like, although that leads me to believe that other people probably like those same things and that's why they run out) and the service is blunt. Not unfriendly, and still prompt, but not exactly empathetic. If possible I will go to the Tim's in Banff in the future rather than try my luck again at this location.

Great service and great food. One staff member told it was his last day and he was so happy. He got us all excited for his last day. OMG it was so cute. The rest of the staff was so supportive of his move. The camaraderie was adorable. What a great place to stop for food before heading to Calgary. Very positive environment.
