Underpaid staff running around trying to keep over charged customers happy while they wait in slow lines to help pay over paid management who try to find out more corners to cut to maximize profit.

Every time I go to Tim Hortons in Wainwright I order a dark roast with one cream no sugar it is the worst coffee out of every Tim Hortons that I've been to all across Canada .
Speaking to the owner he tells me proudly that he doesn't like coffee and he doesn't drink it.
I find it hard to imagine that someone is selling coffee and doesn't enjoy it.
It is my opinion that he waters down all the coffee for profit only , that is why it taste's like warm water.

Easy the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. Multiple times they have messed up my order and charged me for something I didn't get. I just bought a XL and it's only filled 3 quarters

We were literally kicked out by a handicapped lady because our table was better then the open ones, we hadn't even finished our food. She told us that our table was needed regardless of the open ones she even Tried to tell us our kids couldn't be in there. I usually spend $30+ a day here with my family. Never again

A busy stop for good reason. Good food; great service.

The food and the drinks that they have there is very good too and the services are very good too
