Worst timmies I have ever been to!

Their service is the slowest, the lady making the sandwiches is about as useless as they get. I will never come back to the Tim Hortons every time you go there it take 4 times as long as any other timmies to get your order.

Foods cold an when they see u come in they still go for somthing else before speaking to u

Extremely slow service! The worst experience was 45 mins to get breakfast at 10 am. 1 till open and trainee on. Who does that?! Even so, they are extremely slow even on a good day.

Bad service, I waited patiently for my coffee but it was taking so long that I finally just left without getting my order. I didn't want be rude and make scene. I walked over to Co-op and bought another coffee. Won't be going back as service is never really good,

Ever wonder why a sausage English muffin with cheese costs less if you get it with egg? Also double check they put the cheese on they charge you for.

I waited 10 minutes for one chocolate chill and when I received it there was syrup everywhere. Plus the chocolate chill was so dark. This place is going down hill with customer service.

I've only ever gone through the drive through. Never had a problem.

This is a terrible restaurant, with terrible manners and terrible service. Never have I been to an establishedment where the customer is always wrong. The last 2 times in a row I've gone, my order has been wrong, even just a simple coffee. I've been charged for a pannini when I wanted a sandwich, by the manager and told I was wrong, then I ended up getting a gross pannini with nothing on it but cheese, where I was told again that I'm wrong. I'd rather starve then ever come here again.
