Tim Hortons

Building cleanliness needs improvement. I travel for a living and frequent Tim Hortons all across Canada.
I visited this location today at around 2:30pm. Made and received my order no problem but when I turned around to find a seat I found myself looking at a empty room full of dirty tables with newspaper and garbage. At the same time there was a young lady mopping the floor. I know the floors need mopped but customers are not eating off the floor. Myself, I prefer to eat at a table. Prioritizing tasks goes a long way.

Staff are friendly, always get my order right! Hoff coffee! And they Stir it very good 👌

This store usually has great service. Must have been an off day.

Ordered the garden salad and was very disappointed with the quality and the only one type of lettuce that you use. One type is fine if it is romaine or iceberg or a crisp lettuce but what i received was the ends of the romaine, or green leaf and as i said poor quality at that. I brought it back and the person in charge Linwell (not sure on the spelling) was extremely apologetic and pleasant. He told me you get your garden salad from GFS well someone should show them how to make a salad or tell Tim's to change the spec's. Overall i have found Tim's to be excellent. Regards Bill

Service is usually fast despite the long line ups. Coffee is always good, food not recommended ( I personally don't like the food at any Tim Horton's, I think its more whats supplied by the franchise as opposed to the staff at this specific location)

Not a bad tim Hortons. Need to bring back English toffee.

Quick and an almost every day stop before work. Entrances could use some work and gets quite backed up onto the main road during rush hours.

Thank you Kim for showing strength in customer service skills when it was too early for a manager/supervisor to be on shift. You made my night great, despite my family's orders being wrong, simply by being sincere, polite, and sympathetic. You're an asset to the company for sure!

Fast service and orders are usually accurate. Would rate 5 stars if dounts where made in store instead of being shipped in frozen. Not nearly as good.
