Everyone loves a coffee or tea but EFF me can they not BUTTER BAGELS!!!!

I fought my way through the flys to get to the counter. Several staff there but took a little time to get served even though I was first in line. No napkins available. The only place to get them was at the pick up spot. Had to wait an extra 5 plus minutes for them to be refilled. Very untidy. Only a few people there and most tables sat dirty and covered in people's wrappers and cups and like a stated, many workers there. I cleared one and moved some chairs so I could sit for a few. I mentioned my disappointment in the cleanliness and poor service to a person that appeared in charge but my words fell on deaf ears. Not even a response from this person.

The coffee is still half decent but the service inside sucks. Stay in the drive thru. They only schedule their employees for that.

Not much for service, staff kept walking by, i guess drive through is more important and tables were dirty.

I never write reviews, but this is the third time I've been through here in two weeks and I've received the worst customer service I've ever had, anywhere, from John. I have no idea how he's kept his job for more than two weeks. Not only has he gotten our order wrong all 3 times, but he spoke to his coworkers almost as rudely as he spoke to me. I work retail - if I acted like this I'd be fired on the spot. Good day, sir.

No matter what time of day it is, these guys always take forever to serve you. Slowest tim hortons ive been to in years. Worst service ive seen.

Our timbits were stale but the location and staff made it worth it.

I've never had a problem here other than them closing to really wants

Service was okay, they forgot my spoon and napkins for my soup. Bathrooms were clean. Some tabletops were dirty.

So slow and unorganized. This team could use some training from the Douglasdale shop to help get people through the line. Both inside and outside are so slow. I've been 5 time and only had my order correct 2 times. Every time something is missed.
