Love the coffee but slow services real slow services .... some times

Food as good as any Tim Hortons. They appeared to be short handed behind the counter, staff looked stressed and service was noticeably slower than other Tim Hortons.

Well for some anyway. I don't usually complain on social media. However I am tired of not getting what I pay for. I came into the Vegreville Tim Horton's this morning and asked for a latte with skim milk, which I get at other Tim Horton's so not sure why it isn't an option at this one. Then to top things off just like the last time I stopped at this location I get a Latte that is less then 3/4 full. And I pay 3 bucks for. Finally to top thing off I get an elderly lady who is obviously not happy in her work place. I will be doing my best not to stop at this location in the near future. Hopefully the next time I do stop here costumer service and full cups of coffee will be provided.

Met Aidan, a Server there, and complimented her on her name. Turns out her mom's name is Stacey also! So, I encouraged her to tell her mom that she had met the man she was named after! :-) On our way back through tpwn a couple of days later I called to Aidan, who was working the takeout window, if she had passed on the message to Mom and - yes - she had apparently laughed and told her daughter that my story was great!

Walk in is S L O W, drive through is much faster. Bathrooms are the Cleanest I've EVER seen at a Tim's. Coffee was great, I had a hot bread softened cheese sandwich (was supposed to be a grilled cheese)

Learn how to speak on a drive thru head set. That why I would not have had to repet my order four time for you still to mess it up..

Not very fast service at all but friendly so hard to be negative lol

I go everyday and nine times out of ten they don't have what I want or they give me the wrong order. Line up times are crazy and they get you to pull ahead so there time tracker stops.

Always excellent service and quick! Only downfall is everytime I order a hot chocolate by the time I get to work and the foam goes down 1/4 of my drink is gone :(. They need to scoop the foam out and top it up.
