I have seen Manager Cathy multiple times veriblaly abuse the staff
She is twisted.
Don't recommend this place.

Never go here in the morning when its busy, half my order always gets forgotten about every single time. when I do finally get it it's not what I ordered. Rude staff, never get an apology.

Have been here a lot as it it close to my house. It's a decent Tim's location.

No drive through as it is in the mall.

Food is pretty typical of a Tim Hortons. The lines are pretty madly managed though; there's always a giant lineup here.

Horrible service and rude staff work there, I wonder if they ever get an order right.

Fast and easy choice in the morning for the coffeeeeeeeeeee
