Tim Hortons

Bad service....why does the person ask what they can get you if they get the order wrong? Ordered a regular latte with cream and a breakfast sandwich. Went in to correct the latte order all I needed was cream but had my cup open for about 5mins or more. Everyone speaking to each other and no one helping me Once they asked me what the problem was. Told to wait longer .... so I said keep the latte and left. Thank you for not hearing me out or helping efficiently. Won't be back here ever

Id love to attach the photo I have with the pound of butter that was on my bagel.... Pretty sure I didnt ask for extra. Its real simple.... You dont like your job, quit. Dont screw up everyones order because you arent feeling it today. Whats the point of complaining, no one does anything about it anymore.

Great supervisor. Order was not done properly from another Tim Hortan early morning and I took it to this one to get it replaced.

The Supervisor lady made another one right away after staff told her and she explained me that if it's not from this store we cannot make another one for you because it would charge her store but she doesn't want to dissapont me also!

The iced coffee is so bitter it's unbearable. What happened to the iced coffee its never cold and its so bitter its disgusting. Other tim hortons dont serve iced coffee this gross.
Service is fast for drive though but if you order inside youll be waiting for a while because the staff is too busy dealing with the driving through customers.

The service was quick and friendly. The dining area is pretty small. It could use an update to bring it more to the standards of the others.

Messed up my order and my bagel is falling apart. They also don't close the lid to my hot drink which spilt on me and burnt my hand, it has happened twice so far.

Very small venue and less seating than a usual Tim's. Fast service.

Great food and drinks. Excellent customer service. Another great Tim Hortons.
