Nasty coffee. Very bad service.

Good fresh food and drink. Plenty of choice with the dounuts. Not too busy. Has seating inside. No parking available. Good service with friendly staff.

Quick service & open very early, good value food.

Place is a hole. Dirt everywhere and the prep station behind the registers looks absolutely horrifying. At this "Ghetto Tims", I had to use the washroom after ordering. I asked the lady behind the registers if I could have the key, as the washrooms are locked. She looks at me and says "hold on" and just takes her time changing this massive garbage bag - like reaaaallly taking her time. I'm literally doing the pee dance at this point. I say to her "can I just have the key please?" and she finishes her garbage change and walks me over to the bathroom where she proceeds to unlock it. We hear this shout from behind the door - someone was in there! I say to her "you should probably give the client the key so this doesn't happen" and she just walks away. I think this is where all the bad Tim's employees go for detention or something.

Nice a quiet. Very short lines any time of day. Very friendly staff.

Convenient location and a great place to grab a coffee during the workday. Staff are very friendly and will recognize you if you frequent regularly.

I've been to this Tim Hortons numerous times over the last 3 years because I work in the building it is in. This is hands down the most frustrating Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The workers are doing their best, but it is under-staffed and it seems under-trained. I ordered a farmer's wrap and they literally got it wrong 3 times! When I asked for a correction they were accommodating, but the supervisor yelled at the sandwich lady which was not my intention, I felt so bad I just sucked it up and ate the 3rd one they made me even though it was still wrong. I went back one week later and ordered a farmers wrap and they made it wrong again!! I gave up after that. One time I was the only customer and ordered a sandwich. After 5 minutes of waiting no one had even started making it, it wasn't until I asked about it that the cashier got the other worker out of the back to come make it. All in all it took a solid 15 minutes to get a sandwich even when I was the only one in there! I have stopped going here all together because its too unreliable and the wait times are egregious. When you go to any other Tim Hortons you realize how poorly this one is run.
