Fast and accurate service always. But the best part about this particular Timmy's is the incredibly friendly staff.

5 staff. Only one on the till. She's training but God forbid she smile and seem happy with her job.

Best Customer Service out There! I'm a regular and the staff is always on top of It! Outside is always well maintained/clean. And I always appreciate the lady who hands me the small cup/dome lid before I ask 😉 Makes me smile

Like all Tim Hortons, it's a nice place to sit and have a meal or snack and drink. This branch is very clean and staff are very helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

I agree with most of these negative reviews of this place I live few minutes down and always make the mistake of coming here. Just got three donuts and they still managed to give me the wrong one. I went thru drive thru one time and the staff were gigging and laughing into the microphone! Unprofessional and rude! There bagels are always burnt!!! I highly recommend the other one closest to this one they have the best service and they actually know how to make the food!!!

What you expect of a Tim's! Cheap and good for what it is, as per usual. 👍

The bathroom is absolutely unacceptable with a over flowing urinal, ther service sucked to and out of sauce.

This Tim Horton's is pretty bad.
If you're going here I'd suggest not ordering food, they have never once got my food order correct and I've given them more than enough chances.

The coffee is fine. Never tried any of the more premium beverages so I couldn't speak as to how they manage to mess those up, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

The drive-thru lineup is typically short. Perhaps people have caught on to not go there, or maybe it's that the intersection to get back to McKnight is one of the worst intersections out there. If you're going here during rush hour, expect to have a head ache getting onto the main road out of the Timmies, or a heart attack if you're trying to go east on McKnight.

There's another Timmies on McCall about 3 minutes East.

Serves nearby business district and adjoining residential areas. Quick and courteous drive-through service. Outdoor picnic tables allowing you soak in the above-seasonal warmth of the spring sunshine.

Has Wendy's too. Quick service. Lots of room to sit. Handy on the way out of town.

This Tim's is the WORST in the city, they are slow and RUDE! Several time I ordered a coffee, apple juice and breakfast sandwich and when i get to the window the say can you pull over and wait...??? why I'm the only car .. make the food and get with it its FAST FOOD!!!! Then when you get to the window you lucky if they even say a word usually they just stick their arm out expecting cash, like a total would be nice!!!!! learn how customer service works! How about GOOD MORNING your total is..... but nope! This morning I ordered my food and instead of her reading back the order making sure its correct or telling me how much the order is i got a HAVE PAYMENT READY... unbelievable... how about you tell me a price and I would be more then happy to have my payment ready.
Then when i complained and said i wont be back the man at the window said that's your problem... no its yours! Learn how to do your job and have some class its called customer service for a reason if you don't wanna be nice, kind and friendly go work somewhere with out people. I wouldn't waste your time or money! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I'm finally going to write this location a review. It's disappointed me EVERY single time I've been there. I have to ask for my coffee to be mixed properly. Every time. Or it tastes nothing like a simple triple triple. Tonight I had to wait 9 minutes at the order screen for them to take my order. It wasn't even busy. Not visiting again. Tim's across 12th Street? I have had times when I didn't even have to come to a complete stop before I had my coffee.
