Alright so. No crowd. Got my order wrong. She touched money then my food. Oh God. I ate it anyway.... Wrong order though :(.

they really need a beverage only line. (like dt)
this place can get really crowed and slow

No manners, didn't tell me the cost going through drive thru. Bagel was barely warm let alone toasted with no effort to even spread cream cheese.

This place usually has a great selection of sweets. The lineup can get quite long, especially when students from the high school nearby all visit at the same time around lunch and the beginning of classes.

If there was a zero star option it would be on there, terrible customer service, my order was messed up last week called in and was told they would replace when I came back, went through drive thru like my usual morning routine let them know I was picking up my order from last week and nothing but attitude. Some lady came to the window said she never spoke with me I mean considering you have how many employees you probably did not. Anyways just snappy and treating me like garabage as if I dont have the couple bucks to pay for my order and looking for a free hand out common. Working in the service industry that is not how customers should be treated especially since you messed up on my order last week. Place is usually pretty slow and speaker to order does not work well. If I didnt work by this location I would take my business elsewhere but its convenience

This place has horrible service. My boyfriend and I were standing, deciding what we wanted and a lady beckoned us over, yelling "next please!" We told her we weren't ready yet, and when someone else came we let them in front of us. They did not receive service for a few minutes at least. We were then rushed again into ordering by the same woman yelling "next please!" Until we came over. No greeting or anything even when we got over there. We had to wait extra time because they got my wrap wrong (all I asked for was no egg, sub mayo, which I usually don't mind, however when I received this other wrap it was a disaster. I opened it and only half of it had anything in it. Half of the hash brown was stuck to the top of the box it came in and the rest was mashed in the bottom with the sausage, cheese, and the wrong sauce. The hash browns outside of the wrap were cold and chewy, definitely smaller hash browns than we've had at timmies before. The hot chocolate my boyfriend water was so watered down you could barely tell what drink it was supposed to be. I ordered a tropical chill, and I asked what flavor it was and what was in it since I am allergic to pineapple, and she said it was like a smoothie but with no yogurt. I asked her the same question but a little more coast and she said (in a very annoyed voice) "I just told you! What size do you order?" The cinnamon rolls were very sugary, boyfriend said it tasted more like a cupcake than cinnamon roll.

One of the busiest Timmy's in the area. Always full of high school kids on weekdays, long drive-thru lines but they still run a tight ship.

I give them two stars for the food. Service is horrible. Staff do not know their own menu even if it says it right on the display! They need to train them better or get better staff. And they need to clean their tables. Every time I come here, I always have to wipe it off myself-- they might as well pay me next time.

Horrible customer service only me and 1 other customer in the line inside the store nobody would help us i was 2nd in the line and had to yell for someone to come service us we both only got a single coffee each. I counted 19 vehicles go through the drive-thru an get their orders before i get served. Then with no notice flavor shot price increased $0.05 i order same coffee everyday comes to $2.00 the server asked for the $0.05 tellin me i cant sell you this without the extra $0.05 I told her " Im not walking back out to me car for 5 cents with all the times not taking my change i have left here an ro hurry up an get my coffee I have to go to work you're making me late for work. She goes an gets a manager over this 5 cents an she comes i had to ask her "is their a problem? I been standing here almost 15 minutes to get 1 coffee with only 1 other person in line" i swear everytime i go to this location its an issue or an argument last time i gave a $20 bill for my meal an got $3 an change back. I told them i gave a $20 bill she says i gave a $10 bill then had to fight wit a manager an show my wallet was full of $20 bills an to count her till sure enough her till was over $10+. I honestly HATE THIS LOCATION tables are never clean inside to eat so i never dine in anymore but its the only 1 on my route to work.
