The weekday crew is awesome, super fast. Can't say the same about the weekend crew though.

Awful! When a customer goes through the drive through and orders, it is likely that they will not get to enjoy their order until they reach their destination. It is careless on this estaishments part to forget items...SIMPLE ITEMS, in customers orders. Get it together!

Nice surrounding, enough space. Only suggestion is to open a little later hours specially for summertime.

Worst Tim Hortons in the entire city. This location is closest to home for my family and we refuse to go there anymore. Every single time we are forced to go there we are disappointed once again. They couldn't serve you a glass of water without screwing it up. Our order is NEVER right, it's the only Tim Hortons that does accept Amex, the order screen has been broken for years and it's filthy. It's a disgrace to all Tim Hortons. They should either close it down or teach they staff how to do their job correctly.

Date and time of visit: May 7th between 0530-0600.

Speaker box out of order, drove up to window and placed order then counted my change. I had $1.90 exact and handed it to the women working the windo. She looked at the change sighed and asked how much was there. I then had the option to lie but told her there was $1.90 there. Now knowing how this employee works it is possible to short change her in future visits to this location.

Wonder how much that could add up as a loss for the buisness owner over time? 🤑🤑
