Order was incorrect and no staff willing to give a damn to correct it. A small coffee with one milk shouldn't come out looking like an icecap. The grilled cheese sandwich wasn't even warm let alone melted.

User

Place smelled funny when I was there. Mix up of orders and weak coffee isn't my thing.

Horrible!!!!! Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I totally understand lines but this was bad ... took 30 mins to get served then our coffee tasted old and the doughnuts we got were to hard we couldn’t even bite into them...also the staff were very unprofessional one lady spent the whole time yelling at another guy in how to make coffee properly.... very sad way to start a road trip

Staff is good but they’re always struggling at keeping them around. It’s no longer open 24/7. In fact, hours are inconsistent lately.

Tim Hortons is the best! I thought the last thing the North American continent needed was another coffee chain, but the taste of Tim Hortons is noticeably better than Starbucks or Caribou. They offer WiFi even in their stores that are more remotely located, and the selection of baked goods and other non-coffee items are reasonably priced and high quality. Clean, modern, and pleasant facility.

Terrible service, always slow. Just don't bother coming here if you're in Banff. Also they do not have outlets to plug in devices or laptops. Also the interent does not work at this location. Tim Hortons should realize this location is too short staffed and needs to be either moved or shut down completely.

I'm Canadian and been to many Tim Hortons all over Canada and this is by far the worst. People that work there are incompetent, long wait for food, when we ordered soup and asked what bun we wanted, we only got half a brown bun saying that is there policy when you get chicken noodle soup, I will starve then come to this place again, get people with brains and common sense to work there.

Being at a tourism area, I would expect the Canadian most beloved breakfast store will live up to the standard of all Canadian. But I was wrong. The breakfast meals were cold and messy looking, people who work there look like they hated their job. Nobody is cleaning and maintaining the store. It's a shame that so many tourists came here will experience this lower standard of Tim. This is the worst Tim I've ever been in.

One of the worst places to park in town. The stupid employees don't realize that not everyone has been to a Tim hortons. It's a tourist town and not everyone has their muffins and donuts memorized let alone the coffee.

The stupid employees expect you to rattle off your donut order while they sit there with their thumb up their a** at the register. Learn a little customer-service and it will go a long way especially in a tourist town.

Prices are little high for below-average donuts and muffins. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on That . Looks to be one step barely above McDonald's

There Is no alternative in the tourist town for donuts Unless you go to the over priced GIA store.

Service was just ok and when they're crowded, everything was messed up, location was a little bit away from downtown and very small sign to recognize.
Otherwise, everything was good, food and drinks.

User

Coffee was good and staff were friendly. However, this place can get outrageously busy and I've seen the lineup stretching all the way to the entrance.

User

It was busy when we stopped here. Bathroom smelled like a bus station bathroom... other than that it was decent

User

This store has many space for customer and here is so quite. Store staffs are so kind and very working hard.

User

Nice place for having a quick bite staff is always trying to do their best. But always seems like understaffed. Usually 9pm time is best for going there if wants to have quite time. Free wifi.
