I am so upset the cream soups are gone! No broccoli and no potato!! The tomatoe parm soup is way to thick and salty...thumbs down on this visit.

This Tim Hortons location is poorly mananged. There is never stock available, and sometimes the employees seem genuinely confused when you order things. Would really love to see this place taken better care of.

Decent coffee and food but the service and cleanliness of this location is definitely off.

Went at 10:10pm with one person in line, left the restaurant 20 minutes later with my French vanilla only 3/4 full. Two workers were working, definitely not returning!

Fast service is good, except when it's so fast that you end up with the wrong bagel, definitely NOT toasted and with lots of cold cream cheese. I rather wait a little longer and get better food quality. Not recommended.

Giving one star because I can't give zero. This is by far the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Went inside to order lunch. Asked for a Caesar salad and a turkey bacon club toasted on white with a bottle water.
It took over 10 minutes to receive my order and it was a bottle of Pepsi, a Caesar salad with balsamic dressing, and a whole wheat sandwich not toasted.
I noticed the Pepsi and had them change it to the bottle water but the rest was in the bag and I was so late by this point that I didn't check the rest. An incredibly simple order that managed to be completely screwed up and I was late getting to a meeting. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT recommend this location nor will I ever visit this place again.

Drive thru service is rushed to the point of rudeness even when no one else in line. I appreciate they are trying to speed the line but this appears to be much more about numbers.

I'm here every day and order has been wrong twice in 4 days and can't even get the server's attention to ask to check because they are on to the next job. I'd rather spend another 30 seconds in line than feel like I'm going to have my coffee dumped into my car.

Sorry but other locations have a decent balance but you guys are chasing the numbers too hard. I'm done with this location.

Regularly screw up orders. I order tea and get coffee half the time. Always check your order before driving away

Piss poor service... asked them to check for their stock on my preference and was told ok pull up after proceeding to pay I was then informed they have not had my requested order for days
