Tim Hortons

Our first cashier was really nice, otherwise this rating would be lower. I gave my daughter $2.10 in change to go buy a pack of hockey cards, and when she got to the front she gave the money to the gentleman who rolled his eyes and said really? I have to count this. She said there's $2.10 and he said I still have to count this. Since when did we become so dependent on card transactions, that a twelve-year-old girl can't purchase hockey cards? Maybe Tim Hortons should be doing a better job of training their cashiers that it is customer service, not cashier service. This gentleman was easily in his late forties, and should have at least basic change skills from his life. Disappointed today Tim Hortons!

This Tim's is good..good service and the quality of food is better than some others in the area.

Good food and drinks, plus roll up the rim, Roll up the Rim is a Tim Hortons game that you get when you order a hot chocolate or coffee or tea and when you roll up the spot that your supposed to roll up, there a 50% chance that you might win something like a free coffee or a donut or maybe a new car but there's a chance that you might roll it up and it might say please play again

Moderately busy. Service is excellent. Burger is excellent. Free refills for drinks.

Drive through experience to order bagels was wrong. Had to return into store to correct it and was told that I should have read the monitor. I normally don't expect much for cheap food and service but this was funny.

My favorite spot. Great coffee and good service. But, most times a short line up.

Food and service are good and affordable. I still don't get how you cannot improve you coffee.. It's not that difficult, as considering that the one that I do at home is best.
Room for improvement.

All I can say is extremely fast, which is good but could use some nice customer service attitude on on some of them!
