Horrible service, drive through takes over 10 minutes with the line backed way up! Even had wrong order ready when we got to the window so had to wait some more for them to make it.

Suuuuper slow! Probably the owner needs to hire some more staff or train them better. Even today I was waiting for my iced coffee and latte for 5 min and even then they gave me almost cold latte. Seriously ?! Every time I'm at " drive through " it takes me at least 15 min of waiting. Soooo slow... don't think I'll use this Tims ever again!

Drive through sucks - at least takes more than 5 to 7 mins every time I go to this Tim H. I don't know if management really cares about the service or not but I am pretty sure lot of people don't want to go if you don't provide the best service. Need to improve drive through .

Been here 3 times in the morning, and 3 times they have been painfully slow, and havent been able to get my order right. Very dissappointing

I'm sure they have good and bad days, but today they were a total mess. Focused on the drive through and let over 10 customers back up the line inside. One staffer was constantly yelling at her coworkers interrupting them with questions while they were with customers. One kept trying to anticipate orders and screwed them up. The girl that took her place kept forgetting half of the orders.

Absolutely the worst Tim's I've been into in Calgary. 20 minutes after getting my coffee and juice for my daughter, out sandwiches are done. Steak panini was surprisingly done right. My wife ordered a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. Bagel was untoasted, and no cream cheese. It was also soaked through with butter, to where everything else in the bag was dripping with it. We ordered the combo, and when we received the sandwiches, they told us they were just making the wedges at that moment, and it would be about 10-15 minutes. When we finally started to eat, I found 3 hairs in my sandwich. Suffice to say, I'll never be going back to that location

Great food. Need to have as much attention to front service as they do for Drive Thru.

During the day service is superb, yet come mid afternoon the staff are generally slower and the selection in the pastry cabinet is almost nonexistent. I waited 20 minutes one afternoon before I walked out and went to a different location.

My favourite location to go too in the morning​. Staff is great and very friendly, always see them working hard to provide service. Myself and all the other regulars here appreciate the fresh quality products.
