Tim Hortons

20 minutes to get a coffee. Awful.

Husband ordered a ham and cheese sub and the woman at the till said they didn't serve ham. (WTH) went back in confused and to see if they were just out of ham seen a different woman at the till and the sandwich wasn't an issue. If you won't serve ham because of personal reasons at a restaurant that has it on the menu, it maybe find a different job or use customer service skills and direct the customer to someone who will. This would have been a 0 rating if the other lady who helped us had not been so upset over it.

Got 50 jelly timbits and they had no jelly so went back in and showed them (opened 4 of them and nothing) so they made us more. I dont like to complain but thats why we drove 15 minutes to them... to get jelly filled timbits.

Quick service, fresh Timmy's. No drive thru though.

Staff "Jo-Anne" provided best customer service to us. She was really kind to us and helped us make some sitting arrangements. We always feel welcomed at this tim hortons ☕️

Not a bad experience... But I wouldn't say it was the best. And my food was cold.

I prefer this Tim Hortons over any other. The staff here is fantastic and even when it's busy they have enough staff to get through the line quickly and efficiently. The ladies here always remember me and they're so sweet :3 ♡
