Tim Hortons

Completely disappointed in tims. Specially this location. Got some coffee and soup. An XL half French vanilla half coffe and also a large soup. My coffe came 3/4 filled and my soup also. If I wanted a small soup I would've ordered one if I only wanted a larage coffee I would've ordered one. Pathetic a company this size is scimming orders to make money. I took photos and plan on going to the manager. This is not the first time!! When you pay for something you want what you pay for.

Unfortunately, as of today, processes have a lot of room for improvement. Customers waiting, and getting frustrated. --- Edit--- oct 20 they were closed for about 2 weeks for renos, and it's even worse now. The layout is the most inefficient ever, you walk into the beginning of the line and snake through. People think your budding in front. They are slow, unorganized, and inaccurate. The franchisee should be fired. However, staff are friendly. But still

I ordered 2 Tims Take Twelve the night before, and the coffee packs loaded with creamer, sugar & cups were ready for me fresh & on time next morning. Happy with the service

Staff here are always friendly. Foods are always fresh and consistently good. Washrooms are clean.

Nice and spacious place. Not crowded and friendly staff.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my life. I work just 20 feet away so I've been giving them multiple chances to not screw up and they cannot fathom even a basic coffee let alone a sandwich. Terrible terrible service , burnt coffee and a basic fight to get a cozy for a hot coffee. If I could rate 0-5 I would, this place is trash

Bought lunch here near dentist office. Big lineup inside but moved quickly. All tables were full when we were in line but cleared out slowly in time to sit and eat. Pretty tight seating though.

Pretty good Tim Hortons. Their service is a little bit slow, but otherwise not bad.

Nice place to stay and enjoy the food. This one is not so busy, but still noisy as for me. There some intimate spots though. Prices and customers service are medium as the quality of the food. I could not find healthy food in menu, unfortunately.

How have you guys not learned to deal with a rush? Its like clockwork every morning. This place shuts down and causes a line out the door. Dont go here for your morning coffee. McDonalds isnt that much further and youll be in and out in less then 20 minutes, which is the norm at this place.

Drive thru was closed today. On an average day, their breakfast sandwiches taste really pre-made. McDonalds or MRU Tim's are better for egg & bacon English muffins. Overall it's a good location that usually gets our order right.
