Tim Hortons

Coffee is burnt 90% of the time and I tell them, it just gets worse more frequently... Place has gone down hill.. the coffee is horrible.

Meet here for lunch with a friend and have always had friendly staff and speedy service.

I was treated completely disrespecfully by the staff of the establishment wouldnt want no one I know to be treated this way in a restaurant/coffee shop customer service situation.

3 stars, it was cold in here (fall, dreary day, rain, etc) but inside it was very cool. Place is in the heart of commercial business zone, and it's now showing it's age inside and out. But given where it's situated, unlikely get a facelift anytime soon. Wifi is also...needs a boost.

Your workers this morning at around 1030 were not the experience that I was expecting. Right from the time I pulled up to the drive-thru and had to repeat my order a dozen times before the gentleman was able to understand exactly what I was talking about. Then when I was greeted with the I do not believe that this is the way they should be this is the first time I have ever received anything together I had to pretty much build this sandwich myself. Now if this was during the busy time I could understand some sloppy workmanship for this was myself and one of the person in the drive thru no rush no need to be super quick and provide such a bad experience most likely will not be coming back to this Tim Hortons

Very friendly service but it's slow, I go into the drive threw and I may be the only one there and it's still slow, may need some more training for the staff

I work nearby so come here often. Fast drive-thru service. Most of staff are courteous and professional.

However some younger men working here need to be trained not to call customers "man" or "buddy". Unprofessional and rude.

Nice Tim Hortons. Easy access, great service and comfortable seating. High bar chairs, regular tables and chairs, soft cushion chairs, fireplace. Great layout for more privacy and meetings. Free WiFi. Open 24h Clean washrooms and overall positive experience.

This spot was particularally slow. I understand some customers are hard but most of the staff were not helping other team mates during peak times. Maybe some more presance of a manager to avoid slackers in the corner.

Every morning I go to this Tim Horton's. There is one lady and one man who know me and acknowledge me in a very kind, professional manner. Although the line can be long, neither of these people fail to have a smile on their faces. Mornings are always a happier time when I come here!

They guy there is very slow and have friends come tho the drive thro to talk. He give us cold coffee and dissent make a good ice cap. He did it half full

The worst Tim Hortons in the city. Not only do you have to repeat you order at least 2 times at the drive thru for them to understand it, most of the time the product quality is just terrible. I'm pretty sure their toaster here doesn't work because your food is either not toasted at all, or it's burnt, there seems to be no in between.
When I drank coffee still it always had such a strange taste, it wasn't a burnt taste it was almost like... V8 tomato juice. Just gross honestly. The staff here are garbage and tend to be quite rude.
Go up the hill, trust me, there is another timmys up the hill and it's miles better.

Staff is incredibly friendly at the drive-thru, make sure to come outside of rush hour though as even with their double drive-thru it can take some time to get your order.

The line was very fast - quite organized, in my opinion. However, my order was entirely wrong - devastatingly so. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and service is completely unreasonable. Tim Horton's should focus on ensuring their customer's order is correct. (I ordered a Chai Tea Latte and received a coffee - not even close).
