Tim Hortons

coffee was cold, food was ok. Service was ok, resto looked ok

Terrible service. Did not get any of the 5 orders I made correct. Had to get a refund.

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. If you order a meal of any sorts, there is a 100% chance they will forget to give you something. I am not sure if they've been trained to do this, because of the 8 meals I've ordered, they have "forgot" something in the order

It is a quiet place in the evenings. So quiet that no cashier is there to help you. Nonetheless other things are good.

There's quite a few Tim Hortons within a few blocks from here. Don't go to this one. Everytime I ever get a bagel is is cold and not toasted and almost every time my iced coffee tastes so sweet I can't drink it. People working hang out in the back and don't seem happy when they have to come out to serve you .

Great location and lots pf room inside.

This is a pretty fast Tims but the selections is pretty slim for treats as the day progresses and the service is not always fast. Always very confusing as well.

The orders of four customers in a row including my own was incorrect.
When we asked them to rectify the orders they ignores us and kept taking more people's orders are the line piled up.
Terrible customer service.

Spent 15 mins in line with 3 people ahead of us. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 garden salads, and 2 frozen drinks. Waited 25 minutes for our meals and everything was wrong. One drink didnt come, spoons to eat our salad and sandwhiches were unbeatable. Wrong sauces, and very excessive mayo. There were 2 staff on and after we ordered both dissapeared until new costumers came in. They ordered and promply got their orders. My husband asked why our order is taking so long and they said they were out of onions so they were holding off.

It's a regular Tim Hortons so it's ok, the clerk was nice and to go to the washroom you need to ask them to open I but it has free WiFi so it's a good spot to warm up a little and check your Google maps or anything like that and is close to prince's Island park
