Service is inconsistent. Multiple visits have had wrong orders, debit down, and common items out out of stock (eggs, hash browns)

Customer service and attention to detail are nonexistent.

I order a BACON BISCUIT , and seem to get a SAUSAGE WRAP about 50% of the time.

I'm not asking for too much by expecting order accuracy.

Wow. I've literally never had worse customer service. At the drive thru I was interrupted, asked if that was all and told to drive ahead before I could finish ordering. Finished my order after a clearly annoyed employee responded. Got my order and it was wrong, then asked for some ketchup which was the absolute end of the world for the employee working.

Very small Tims location. Nice outside. Parking lot can get a little crazy when the drive thu is busy, but they keep the line moving pretty well.

Decent location but I'd avoid it when it's busy for the parking lot issue.

Get coffee and bacon in a biscuit today and i found that taste so gross the biscuit is raw, also the staff are very RUDE they speak their own language which I understand because i am Filipino too they are swearing words which is not good to my ears though, I'm very disappointed it's so ashamed, they're yelling at me when i ask some questions for my order. Not recommended and not going back here at all, so many Tim Hortons in my way anyway.

Small takeout and two drivethrough lanes. Often one is xlosed because it isnt nusy enough for both to be open

This is only a drive through spot. No place to sit inside. It's very small, and don't have full option of their food. Coffee is plenty, if that's all you want.

It's a drive through. It is one of the best places to get donuts and coffee when you need most in the city while you are driving.

This Tim Hortons is tiny inside, great as a drive through but it has no seats or tables. It's small but pretty quick and there's not often a line up.

Worst tims i have been too. I ordered a dozen donuts. They didnt ask or offer me selection. They gave me the worst selection. Either they just make terrible donuts or they properly gave me the worst. Half icing, quarter sprinkle. I will never come back. If i could go lower then 1 star i would. I will be sending a complaint to corporate

The employees are fast, friendly and efficient.

Good while on the go during the day. Not a full menu service location. Drive through is fast and efficient.

Most of the foreigners that work here don't care about their job or take pride in it, I used to think this was a good location but it sucks butt. They don't carry the "good" doughnuts at all and never will cause they're dumb or lazy or both, they don't carry soup or chili either. They go for speed rather then quality. It's a shame that management can't seem to get their head out of their ass and make this place better the way it should be run. Some people are just oblivious as to the service they get, I guess if you set your standards really low then this is the place for you.
