Drive Thru service is phenomenal. They are SUPER quick. I would recommend having your money ready by the time you get to the window.

Very impressed with todays visit the lady at the window was very friendly and didn't rush you like other locations all of my order was correct and delicious! This is why this is my favourite location and try to go there if I can. Thank you!

Terrible service. They took my lunch order and gave me the total, so I waited in line at the drive thru patiently. Got up to the window and the cashier tried to make me pay for somebody else's order but I said excuse me that's not my order and she corrected it. Now she says that they have no chicken for my chicken sandwich. Why the heck did they take my order and make me wait for nothing? Now I have no lunch because she wanted to give me something else but I want what I ordered. Find a different location if you want Tim Hortons.

Standard Tim Hortons.
I don't like how it's near that school so it's gets crowded at lunch hours. Drive-Thru also gets crowded but in evenings usually.

Conveniently located in a strip mall by a fuel station is what makes this a good location. We landed there by visiting the areas local wave pool. Its easy to get to as its by the highway. There are dual ordering drive through stations. Service was good.

By far the worst location in the city for being unprepared. I visit tims at least once a day many different locations. This one of have been going to on weekends for 3 years. Constantly out of things in the middle of rushes. Other busy places seem to be able to handle it well.

They do seem to have friendly staff, although a little hard to understand at times.

I went to the drive thru and asked for a special deal they had advertised on the drive thru board. It was in bright red and white. Prominently displayed.

I order the special and they over charge me. I say that it is above the advertised price and they said they will fix it at the window.

I drive up to the window and the lady tells me that the deal is actually over. I insist in the advertised price. The woman then tells me that I don't have to take it if I don't want it at the higher price. I drove away and have never been back.

It wasn't even the price because I had a free Tims gift card. It was that fact that they couldn't own and accept their mistake. Also that she was so rude.

Edit: service since this incident has been awesome. All of the employees are pleasant, and we have had very few order mistakes. Thank you for handling this so well. We definitely appreciate the effort.

Used to have great service, however in the last few weeks we have had some less than pleasant experiences with this location. It has been the same lady each time, in the drive-thru. We have had three out of the last five orders incorrectly filled -- when we came back to get another order and mentioned this, she responded in a few different ways.

The first time, she asked us to bring the cup WITH the wrong beverage back (rather than the emptied cup we'd brought back; we didn't want to deal with having to keep it all day, and carry it around to get it back). The next time we brought the majority of the beverage back (test sip found sugar in the drink, and we dumped some so it wouldn't spill on the way back later on); this time she didn't even want it. Then again tonight, when we came back after the latest incorrect order, she asked that we bring the beverages back.

And when my mother mentioned the inconvenience of such frequent mistakes, the worker said that we should always take a sip of our drinks BEFORE we left the premises. Wow. So my mother will be trying out MY coffee when she goes? Or the four coffees/teas when we have company? Or should we be asking all of the people we are ordering for to come along?

I understand that mistakes happen, but our experiences here have been poor lately. Hope they either talk to her, or find some way to correct the bad service. I used to think all of the people working here were wonderful, and competent.

Always have to wait at the till as they only have people on drive through it's at the point sometimes I'm the only one in line for one coffee and it takes so long for someone to come to the till I walk out

Ordered a black tea (drive through) and got one which was really sweet what seemed to be made in milk. Went inside and the person there was quick to fix it.
