Tim Hortons

I've had an up and down relationship with this location. This morning, my coffee was cold. Fairly steady run in the drive through, no reason it should have been cold. I'm guessing one of two things happened, and I had worked for Tim's before so sadly I know this goes on. Someone before me had ordered a coffee and they made a mistake on theirs, so this one was the mistake that was set off to the side for a few moments on the off chance someone might order it. Or the burner is off or machine broken. Other mornings I have gone through and my breakfast sandwich is not even warm from the toaster. Not sure if they are trying to rush so much that quality is down. I know they fling your order out the window like some sort of "catch the food" game. Always good times. And for real, get the workers some new headsets? I'm fairly certain anyone in a 5 km radius can pick up my order at the volume I have to project it at.

Oct 21st i had a BLT,not even 2 pieces of bacon and 2 slices of tomato that were paper thin!!!! All for 7.25 REALLY?!?! Owner i hope your reading this because if your clearly a business man you would fix this problem and terminate your manager! I'll never come back to this place and im sure im not the only one.

I was at this location this morning (October 6th 2017) I had ordered a Bagel BELT on a Cheese Bagel. When i opened the wrapper i found that i got cheese bagel on the bottom half and a biscuit on the top.

I'm writing this to make you guys aware that this is not what i ordered. how does this happen? This is a pretty big screw up.

Please check what your doing before you give this stuff to customers.

Tim hortons breakfast sandwiches taste like cardboard and grease will never go back to a Tim hortons.

Staff are too busy talking amongst themselves to be paying attention to getting your order right so you can almost guarantee something will be wrong with your order. Zero customer service almost every single time I've come here. 2 stars cause they are fast? Although that's easy to do when you give people whatever the hell you feel like.

Would make this tim hortons zero stars if it would let me because of the harrassment my busisness has recieved from the manager working nights at this location

Asked for assorted timbits... got two kinds. No napkins provided with my meal. And no roll up the rim cup - regardless of whether they have the cups in the size I ordered or not, I should have been provided with a cup OR been informed that I would not be receiving one unless I ordered a different size. No "Thank you" or glance for that matter at the window, very rude, impatient (I was one of two vehicles in drivethru) and unkind staff. Would recommend driving the additional 5 minutes to the next closest location.

Slow, forgets napkins and don't understand how to assemble a simple sandwich...The fillings go inside the breads.....Sheesh.

I had a lot of difficulty with this location constantly making a mistake on my order. After speaking with the manager, it seems that things have gotten much better.

Great location, and they are definitely working on providing better customer service.

I come here on Friday night's for the car meets. Fast service. Good quality. Crowded on Fridays. But thats to be expected
