Tim Hortons

The people that work here have to be the dumbest out there I ordered 3 drinks and 2 out of the 3 were wrong.
Everytime I go here they screw it up.

Selection of baked good is quite poor. Served Unlabeled beverages making it hard to know who's drink is who's.

They made a mistake and gave me the wrong food. Good thing I checked inside the bag before leaving. Drive-through is fast and employees are polite.

These people have the worst customer service skills ever. Charge you for things you don't ask for and accuse you of yelling when your explaining that over charging is the same as theft. I will never go here again and encourage everyone else to do the same. I live literally 2 blocks away and I will travel out of my way from now on to a different establishment and possibly not return to the tim Horton's franchise ever again. I'm sick and tired of their workers attitudes and inability to do their job.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been 2.

Came in asking for 2 coffees and a glazed donut..
Was given plain instead and figured I'd just eat it since we were in a hurry but I noticed it was half covered in this weird brown stuff? Maybe it was burnt or had touched another donut, I don't know. Still gross, so I brought it back and asked for a glazed donut again.
They could only give me chocolate glaze but that was fine with me.

We get to the window and hand the lady the donut, she takes it, looks at it and tries shoving it back.
"You can just keep this one" she said to us as she walks away to get us the correct donut. My boyfriend set it on the counter as we didnt need any garbage in our car..
So she comes back and tries handing us the donut again, My boyfriend very politely told her "No thats okay thank you, we just want the chocolate one."
so she picks up the plain donut, along with the chocolate one and tries to hand us both, saying "you can just throw it out then..:
My boyfriend took the chocolate donut from her and said
"no, you can throw it out, it's your mistake.

She was a trainee named YORDA.

Very unprofessional, very ignorant, and we most certainly will NOT be coming back. To try and force food on a customer who has persistently told you they do not want it, because "they can just throw it out then", is a very great way to lose business.
I would definitely reconsider her employment if I was her manager.

Drive through is good parking not so much.

I ordered 3 drinks, 1 white hot chocolate, 1 two cream coffee and a French Vanilla. And I got them to double check what I ordered and when I got to the window the asked "oh one white hot chocolate, one French vanilla and one two cream?" And I said yes paid my $8 for it and I got one hot chocolate, one white hot chocolate and one 1 cream. They were fast but I mean what's the point in going there if they can't even give you what you're paying for. I don't recommended

No chilli, 9 out of 10 times, no chilli. One time there was chilli, (I got the last bowl), there was no buns left. This is between 6-8 at night. I do not understand. The service was fine, but no darn chilli!

This is one of those Tims that are attached to a gas station (Esso). However, it outdoes any of the other nearby Tims with regards to speed (fast), service (they're always happy!) and quality (very consistent). The only slight drawback is the lesser number of bakery items they have because of the smaller space. The drive through is very high turnover during peak times, and is considerably faster than waiting in line inside.

Stay clear away from this Tim Hortons. They don't care about customer service, they are rude and incompetent. I ordered 2 breakfast wraps and I waited 15 MINUTES for them to give it to me because they completely skipped the order. When I asked for the Franchise owner contact information they wrote down the supervisors phone number on a napkin with no name..... pathetic. Go to the one near SAIT or the one on Centre Street and 12th avenue they at least care about repeat customers
