Awful service every time. Asked for light sauce on my sandwich got the complete opposite. Workers are rude and talk to you like you're dumb. I ordered a white milk... apparently all of them expired tomorrow? Brutal.

It's fine for a quick meeting or grab to go coffee.

As far as Tim Hortons locations goes, this one is a pretty mediocre to average one. Service not personal and hash browns tasted burnt. They have a few parking spots out front which is handy for 17th Ave. But otherwise, only went here for location convenience which is about all they have working for them. Service and food is pretty below average compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Ah well, back to my usual locations for better service.

Literally the worst Tim Horton's in Calgary. When you're lucky enough to be able to order something they advertise on their menus. The food comes undercooked and or not prepared to your specifications. If you ask for a bagel 'double toasted' you'll be lucky to get a bagel that's barely edible. It's almost like they've figured out a way to reverse engineer a bagel that you ask for double toasted. Comes out more raw than when it was baked. Heaven forbid they should actually put creamcheese on the actual bagel when you order that as well. Do the employees pay for the creamcheese from their own pockets. Does Mr. Horton insist that the quality control is so skewed that you'd actually get more creamcheese if you'd order butter on it instead?! What a joke. Avoid this place for the lack of parking alone but don't bother ordering anything more than a double double if you're forced to enter the premises for nutrients. You'd be better off to get a 4 day old cinnamon bun from a vending machine and a cup of coffee from a halfway house then this place. ONE STAR only because I can't give this place negative stars and a sidewalk protest would only get me some strange looks and maybe a bit of spare change from passers by.

Why has ordering a simple breakfast become a chore. Maybe im wrong here and out of place but should the lady taking in orders not be fluent enough in english to at least punch in the order correctly? After going back to the counter 3 times to get the order placed properly the staff was kind enough to correct and help the employee who clearly has too much responsibility for her skill set yet they still did not get the order right... needless to say i walked out after a half hour without breakfast and stressed. Maybe its time for me to move abroad to a foreign country and get into the service industry just to make things difficult for people because we all arent busy enough as is.

Great food slow service

User

If you're used to fast service. You will be disappointed. This is the slowest tims I've ever been too. It's unbelievable how slow it is. Average 15 minutes wait time at any time.

Everything always takes FOREVER, you see 3 people in line and think "it's Tim Hortons, this will be quick"...20 minutes later, thank god there's no drive-thru. I got in line once at 1140 with 4 people with standard orders in front of me and by the time I got to the front it was 1201 and they refused to serve me breakfast. I usually just go expecting to wait and I can get over that but today I went and the girl forgot my cookie then couldn't figure out which one I was asking for, white macadamia...pretty standard. My "grilled" bagel breakfast sandwich came toasted and I had already driven away and took a bite and there was NO MEAT in it. Not even sure if it's worth mentioning the gallon of cream in my iced Capp. I'm pretty sure the owners only hire friends and family there, might want to consider more competent staff or better training. It's the closest one to my house but I think I'll start driving elsewhere. They do typically have a decent donut selection though.

Very little parking around this location and no drive through so it is typically better suited to the walking crowds. Easily accessible due to its location directly on 17 Ave.

The service here is great! Really nice employees. The clients can be shady just because it's right downtown. Product always fresh

Ever since Tim Hortons was bought out by burger King the quality of the products has gone down hill in a hurry. This place was listed as open 24 hours on Google so I'm glad I walked in the -15 weather to see you closed at 11, when I arrived at 1130.

User

This place is brutal. I've had to walk about at leat half a dozen times because I would be late for work. And I'll I'm looking for is a medium coffee. Currently I'm standing here. 15 min for two bloody begles. The manager of this place has no idea how to train. Don't go here if you have a choice.

Great server! Added a sleeve to my coffee without having to ask. First time ever.
